Sea Place Condos offers three floor plans, a

square feet.
Sea Place was developed in phases over a
period of time. The beachfront condos and
the northern patio homes were developed
around 1985. The southern section started
development in the early 1990's and was
completed around 1996. The oceanfront
portion of the newer development has what
are called "Ocean Homes.” The newer patio
homes range in size from over 2000 - 2900
